Donation Options

The Casper Humane Society is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization; we are not supported by city, state, or government funds. All revenue comes from donations, bequests, memorials, adoption fees and fundraisers. The Humane Society is honored to receive the funds that allow us to continue daily operations and be good stewards of animal welfare in our community. All donations are tax deductible. In addition to donating directly at the shelter, there are other ways to assist the shelter animals, including:

Our wish list is filled with our most used items in the shelter each day.

Providing quality care to our animals requires a diet of both dry and wet food to help promote consistent eating habits and ensure healthy weight gain and maintenance. Proper cleaning supplies are needed to ensure every animal has a clean living space. Fresh litter for our cats to prevent the spread of disease and illness, and promote good litter box habits. Blankets and toys are provided to offer enrichment and additional comfort during their stay with us.

Support the animals by donating toward their spaying, neutering, veterinary care, and medical needs.

By donating specifically to our medical fund, we can continue providing the proper veterinary care our animals need to get healthy, remain healthy, and promote responsible pet ownership within our community.

Spaying and neutering, vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping are standard care for every animal in our shelter. We also provide additional care such as dental care, testing for underlying conditions, and treatment/testing for pre-existing or newly developed health conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, chronic pain, or illness.

Support the animals by donating specifically toward their daily needs.

Donating toward dog and cat food is crucial to ensure our animals' daily needs are met. Being our most used resource throughout the shelter, we do our best to accommodate special dietary needs to help our animals reach and maintain a proper weight.

We also provide wet food daily to help promote proper feeding schedules and habits.

Did you know we have an account with Wyoming Steel and Recycling Inc.? Any donations of cans can be taken straight to their recycling center and funds can be added to our account. Donations of cans can also be brought to the shelter. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated by our animals and staff!
